                                                 Reverend Donald Macdonald Lamont
    Reverend Donald Macdonald Lamont, born March 21 1867 in Rear Murray Harbour Road PEI, died in Scotland, occupation Presbyterian Minister. He ministered to the people of the Central Parish of PEI after the death of Reverend Daniel Maclean. Reverend Donald wrote two books, "The Seven Great Questions" and "Our Friends After Death." He composed two hymn like poems, "The Dying Girl" and one about the "Third Revival". Reference - "The Church of Scotland in PEI" by J. H. Bishop page 27. (MacDonaldite Section, PEI archives)
    In the Lamonts of PEI, it was noted that Donald was successively minister in Waternish Skye, Strath Skye, North Knapdale, Argyle, PEI, and mainland Canada. His last Parish was in Dervaig, Isle of Mull.
    Reverend Donald MacDonald Lamont married Sarah Lamont of Rothesay, with children;
